What type of events does your venue accommodate?
Weddings, birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, corporate events, elopements, poker night, pool parties, and many other possibilities.
What is the maximum capacity of your venue?
Indoor – 75, Outdoor – 200
Can I tour the venue before booking?
Yes, please contact us to schedule a tour.
Do you have an approved vendor list, or can we choose our own?
We can provide you with a list of preferred vendors.
Is there onsite parking available for guests?
Due to the historic nature of the property, there is very limited parking onsite. Events with more than 50 guests are required to utilize valet parking.
Are there any restrictions on decorations or signage?
Yes, please see our policies and house rules for specifics.
Do you have a curfew?
All events must conclude by 9:00 pm Sunday – Thursday and by 10:00PM on Friday and Saturday due to the noise ordinances in our location.
Do you provide tables, chairs, linens, etc?
Due to the specific needs of each event, we do not provide these items, please see our recommended vendor list for information.
Is there a designated point of contact for event coordination?
Yes, please contact our house manager at 918-998-1982.
Do you have a liquor license? If so, what are the regulations for serving alcohol?
There must be a licensed bartender serving alcohol at all events.
Is there wheelchair accessibility at your venue?
Due to the historic nature of the mansion, we do not have wheelchair access. If you require any assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please let us know so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability.
Are animals allowed at the mansion?
Unfortunately, as much as we love our furry friends, pets of any kind are not allowed for events or in the guest suites. Special arrangements can be made to have your pet in a photo session.
